Construction for Casa Reposado will be complete soon and we are looking forward to welcoming you to your new luxury vacation home on Isla Mujeres in early 2023! We thought this would be a good time to share with you some details and features.
Upper Level Suites and Rooftop Pool/Palapa Bar
The upper level suites are located on the second and third floor of Casa Reposado. Each of the three suites offers a balcony, custom king-size bed, closet, and en-suite bathroom. The living/dining area on the third floor offers a gourmet kitchen for you or your private chef, as well as a dedicated bathroom and a balcony facing the sunset over the bay. This space can be converted into an extra bedroom with a custom queen-size Murphy bed (Murphy beds fold down from the wall, are very sturdy and use the regular mattresses that you would use in your bed at home). The Upper Level Suites are a great option for up to 8 adults (3 king beds, 1 queen bed, 4 bathrooms).
The rooftop offers breathtaking views over the Caribbean ocean and the Bay facing Cancun - from sunrise to sunset. An infinity-edge pool overlooking the ocean has both a shallow part and a 4.5ft/1.4m deep part for your enjoyment. An outdoor shower offers a convenient way to rinse off before moving to the Palapa where you will find a wet bar, dining table for 10, a lounge area, as well as swings facing the sunset. A separate bathroom is provided as well so you can spend the whole day on the rooftop without going inside.
Ground Level Suite and Pool
The ground level suite features a heated pool facing the ocean (4.5ft/1.4m deep) with a private access to the seawall (Malecon). The living/dining room offers a gourmet kitchen, while a separate lounge room can be converted into a bedroom with a custom queen-size Murphy bed for a total of 5 bedrooms/10 adults if you rent the entire home. The private bathroom is adjacent to the inner courtyard that provides natural daylight throughout all levels. There is a secret feature in this suite - just keep your eyes open for a historic artifact under the hallway floor...
Additional Features
To ensure your comfort and safety, Casa Reposado is equipped with a generator to provide electricity during power outages, as well as a cistern with 10.000 liters/2,600 gallons of tap water
Electronic door locks will be programmed with your personal code, so you can enter and exit as you please
Air conditioning is provided in all interior areas, including the bathrooms
High-speed internet is provided by Starlink with the necessary speed to support streaming movies or video conferencing
Smart TVs are provided in the living areas and on the rooftop
