Isla Mujeres

Isla Mujeres - the "Island of Women" - is colloquially known simply as "Isla" among those in the know. Just a few miles off the coast of Cancun (a comfortable 20 minute ferry ride across a protected bay) Isla is just about 4 miles long and 2,000 feet wide (7km long, 650m wide), so you are never far from the water.

Popular as a day-trip destination, increasingly visitors recognize that the best way to experience Isla is by staying on the Island. Experience the incredibly warm and welcoming locals, the amazing food, and of course some of the best beaches in the world.
